Drawing on over two decades as a publishing Wall Street analyst and senior executive at global financial institutions—including UBS and BNP Paribas—Mr. In identifies actionable opportunities for value creation across areas including corporate strategy, operational efficiency, and technology infrastructure.
In his role, Mr. In conducts deep operational analysis of portfolio companies and formulates specific, implementable recommendations that support Buxton Helmsley's activist campaigns. As Chair of the Expert Advisory Board, he oversees a network of industry-specific advisors who provide specialized expertise across sectors relevant to active campaigns.
Mr. In's career has spanned equity research, sustainability strategy, and regulatory advisory across London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. He has developed compliance solutions for institutional frameworks, including MiFID II and AML/KYC regulations, and has held leadership roles in digital asset custody and institutional trading at chartered financial institutions. An active angel investor and advisor, he has contributed to fintech, AI, and data analytics ventures across Asia and Europe.
